Located at the southern end of Tulum's hotel zone (Km 10), Rancho San Eric is a hidden gem, offering travelers a peaceful retreat away from Tulum's hustle and bustle, but with easy access to restaurants and cafes. With only 6 vacation homes on 1 hectare, and 75 meters of beachfront, our gated property offers our guests plenty of space and privacy. All our homes are just steps from the soft white sand and turquoise waters of Mexico's Caribbean -- the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
Our shared pool,
nestled in lush gardens, is exclusive for guests' use. It has a shallow end running the length of the pool (perfect for our smaller guests!), and a dining table, deck chairs and sun loungers on the bordering deck.
No lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised by an adult.
Life is better barefoot
All homes in Rancho San Eric have their own dedicated lounge chairs and shade on the beach.
Wifi is available in each home, at the pool, and some parts of the beach.
Parking is available within the gated property.

Stepping through our gate is like going back through time, transported to a Tulum of years past when life was slower and simpler. Take the time to breathe, watch the pelicans go by, and let your worries slip away.
