REGLAMENTO INTERNO

REGIMEN JURIDICO

Las relaciones derivadas de los servicios del hospedaje que los huéspedes reciben del Rancho San Eric, se regirán por el Código de Comercio y supletoriamente por el Código Civil, por la Ley Federal de Turismo y su Reglamento Interno y Por la Ley Federal del Consumidor, cuyas disposiciones se consideran obligatorias, conocidas y aceptadas por los huéspedes.

Todas las personas que se hospeden en el Rancho San Eric, durante su estadía, estarán sujetas a este reglamento. En caso de incumplimiento, la Gerencia se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia.

ARTÍCULO I. RESERVACIONES

  1. Para concretar la reserva se solicita el pago del 50 % del valor total de la estadía.
  2. Se reservará la unidad correspondiente al Cliente que hizo la reserva o a la persona que este designe.
  3. Es obligación del huésped liquidar el importe total de la estadia 30 días antes del check in, y es la responsabilidad del huésped pagar al tiempo. Rancho San Eric tiene todo el derecho de cancelar cualquier reservación si un Huésped no cumple ese requisito.
  4. Reservaciones no son transferibles.

ARTÍCULO II. CANCELACIONES

  1. Todos los pagos realizados no son reembolsables.
  2. En el caso de cancelación de parte del huésped por cualquier razón, el importe pagado no será reembolsable.
  3. Si por cualquier motivo el Rancho San Eric no pudiera proporcionar alojamiento al huésped (como un desastre natural) durante la totalidad o parte del periodo de alquiler, se reembolsará al huésped el importe correspondiente de las noches en las que no haya podido prestar el servicio de alojamiento.

ARTÍCULO III. TIEMPO DE HOSPEDAJE

  1. El horario del check in se fija a partir de las 3:00 pm.
  2. El horario del check out es a las 11:00 am (para Casa Dunia) o mediodía (para Casa Colibrí, Casa Pijijí, Casa Cenzontle, Studio Perico, Studio Búho) del día de salida; después de esa hora, el gerente tendrá derecho a efectuar un cargo extra según la tarifa vigente.
  3. Se le podrá dar un check in adelantado o un check out retrasado siempre y cuando sea aprobado por la gerencia del Rancho San Eric.
  4. Es la responsabilidad del huésped devolver todas las llaves a la hora de check out. Rancho San Eric tiene el derecho cobrar 1,000 MXN para cada llave de la casa y 2,500 MXN para cada llave de la caja fuerte dañada/no regresada,

ARTICULO IV. USO DE LA PISCINA

  1. Rancho San Eric no cuenta con guardavidas.
  2. El uso de la piscina es responsabilidad del huésped. Rancho San Eric se deslinda de accidentes o percances que tenga en ella.
  3. Niños menores deben ser supervisados a todo momento de un adulto.

ARTÍCULO V. ZONA FEDERAL

Rancho San Eric se deslinda de toda responsabilidad por lo que le suceda al huésped en la Zona Federal o en el mar Caribe siendo el huésped totalmente responsable de los accidentes o percances que tenga.

ARTÍCULO VI. PERDIDA DE VALORES

  1. El equipaje y demás bienes que introduzcan los huéspedes al Rancho San Eric se considerarán responsabilidad de la persona que efectúe la reservacion.
  2. Rancho San Eric se deslinda de toda responsabilidad por la pérdida de joyería, dinero, documentos o otros valores de cualquier clase que se encuentra en la casa o en la propiedad. Hay una caja fuerte dentro de cada casa la cual el huéspede puede utilizar.
  3. En todas las ocasiones en que los huéspedes salgan de la casa, deberán ser responsables y cerrar la casa con seguro, verificar que todo esté en orden y llevarse las llaves con ellos.

ARTICULO VII. OTRAS OBLIGACIONES DEL HUESPED

Queda estrictamente prohibido a los huéspedes:

  • fumar cigarros/puros/pipas dentro de las unidades.
  • introducir cualquier droga psicotrópica a la propiedad y unidades.
  • tener y o hacer fiestas, ruidos molestos, provocar altercados, introducir músicos y en general, cualquier acto que perturbe o incomode a los huéspedes y vecinos.
  • introducir cualquier tipo de equipo de DJ y luz y sonido a la propiedad.
  • deteriorar el mobiliario, la decoración o bienes de la propiedad.
  • de admitir personas no autorizadas al Rancho San Eric, el Huésped tiene que registrar a todas las visitas esperadas antes de su llegada.
  • de tener mas visitas a la ves del 50% de la ocupación permitida de la unidad en la cual estén hospedados.
  • de alojar a cualquier invitado en la casa.
  • de permitir a su visita de usar la alberca.

ARTÍCULO VIII. RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL

De acuerdo con la Norma Oficial Mexicana (NOM-07-TUR-2002), las unidades dentro del Rancho San Eric cuentan con Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil que cubre daños a terceros en relación con sus personas y bienes.

LEGAL REGIME

The relationship derived from the service of accommodations received by guests of Rancho San Eric, will be standardized by the Commercial Code, Civil Code, Tourism Federal Law (Internal Regulations) and by the Consumer Federal Law in Mexico, whose dispositions are considered compulsory, commonly known and agreed on by guests.

All guests in Rancho San Eric, will be subject to these internal regulations which must be adhered to during their stay. In the event of non-compliance by the guests, the management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or accommodation.

ARTICLE I. RESERVATIONS

  1. To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total value of the stay is requested.
  2. The respective rental unit will be reserved in the name of the Guest who made the reservation, or for the person designated by the Guest making the reservation.
  3. The 50% balance of the payment is due no later than 30 days prior to check in; it is the duty of the Guest to settle the full payment on time. Rancho San Eric reserves the right to cancel any reservation if a Guest does not meet this requirement, resulting in the forfeit of the 50% deposit.
  4. Reservations are non-transferable.

ARTICLE II. CANCELLATIONS

  1. All payments made are non-refundable.
  2. In the case of a guest cancellation for any reason, any payments made by the guest are non-refundable.
  3. If for any reason should Rancho San Eric be unable to provide accommodations to the guest (such as a natural disaster) for all or part of the time period the house was rented for, the rental for these nights which Rancho San Eric is unable to provide lodging services will be refunded to the Guest.

ARTICLE III. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

  1. Check in time is from 3:00 pm onwards.
  2. Check out is by 11:00 am (for Casa Dunia) or 12 noon (for Casa Colibrí, Casa Pijijí, Casa Cenzontle, Studio Perico, Studio Búho), after which time, the manager is entitled to charge the Guest a fee for one day, according to the prevailing rate.
  3. Guest may be given an early check in or late check out, if approved by the management.
  4. It is the responsibility of the guest to return all keys at the time of check out. Rancho San Eric reserves the right to charge 1,000 MXN for every unreturned/damaged door key and 2,500 MXN for every unreturned/damaged safe key.

ARTICLE IV. USE OF POOL

  1. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  2. All guests using the pool do so at their own risk; Rancho San Eric is not responsible for any accidents and injuries.
  3. Children should always be supervised by an adult.

ARTICLE V. FEDERAL ZONE

Rancho San Eric cannot be held responsible for whatever occurs to guests in the Federal Zone or in the Caribbean Sea; the Guest will be responsible for any accident or mishap that may occur.

ARTICLE VI. LOSS OF PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

  1. Luggage and other personal possessions brought into Rancho San Eric by guests, are considered the responsibility of the Guest who made the reservation.
  2. Rancho San Eric cannot be held responsible for the loss of jewelry, money, documents, or any type of valuables and/or personal property left in the rental units, or on the property. There is a safe provided inside each rental unit which guests may use to store any items of value.
  3. On all occasions when the guests leave their rental unit, they shall be held responsible for locking the house, verifying that all is in order, and keeping the keys with them.

ARTICLE VII. OTHER GUEST OBLIGATIONS

At any time, it is strictly prohibited for guests:

  • to vape/smoke cigarettes/cigars/pipes inside the rental units.
  • to introduce illegal drugs onto the property and into the rental units.
  • to have parties, gatherings, events, make loud noises, play loud music, or participate in inappropriate behavior that cause disturbance to the rest of the Rancho San Eric guests or neighbors.
  • to introduce DJ / audiovisual equipment onto the property.
  • to damage or misuse the furniture, equipment, or other furnishings or decorations in the home.
  • to have more visitors than 50% of the stated maximum capacity of the corresponding rental unit at any one time.
  • to admit unauthorized persons into Rancho San Eric; guests are required to register all vendors and visitors prior to arrival.
  • to have visitors overnight.
  • to allow their visitors use of the pool.

ARTICLE VIII. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

According to Mexican government regulation (NOM-07-TUR-2002), the rental units in Rancho San Eric are covered by liability insurance guarantee, which covers damages and physical injuries inflicted on third parties.
