Studio Perico is the top-floor studio at the southern end of Rancho San Eric.

The home is perched just past the tip of the first sand dune, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Studio Perico is on the top floor, with Studio Buho below it.

The studio's ocean front balcony boasts an unrivaled view.

Wake up and watch the sun rise over the horizon of the Caribbean Sea from bed.

Studio Perico features a king-size bed and a sofa that can be made up as a single bed.

The studio has everything you need: laptop-size safe, kitchenette, dining for 2, sofa, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The beach is just a few steps down the dune.

On the beach, are chaise lounges and shade.

Perched on the top of the sand dune, are lounge chairs -- enjoy the view while sipping on a cocktail.

Behind Studio Perico you will find a shared pool, nestled in the ground's verdant gardens.

The pool has a shallow end that's perfect for children.

The equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, Bodum coffee maker, dispenser of complimentary bottled water, kitchen utensils and tableware.

There is also dining for 2 -- dine while watching the kite surfers sail by!

The ensuite bathroom is just off of the living area.

The bathroom features a shower stall, sink and complimentary toiletries from aloevida, made with organic aloe vera.

There is also an outdoor shower on the path to the studios.
