Studio Buho is the ground-floor studio at the southern end of Rancho San Eric.

The home is perched just past the tip of the first sand dune, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Studio Buho is on the top floor, with Studio Perico above it.

The beach is just a few steps down the dune.

On the beach, are chaise lounges and shade.

Perched on the top of the sand dune, are lounge chairs -- enjoy the view while sipping on a cocktail.

Behind Studio Buho you will find a shared pool, nestled in the ground's verdant gardens.

The pool has a shallow end that's perfect for children.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the home's king-size bed.

The studio has everything you need: ocean-view deck with lounge chairs, kitchenette, indoor dining for 2, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, Bodum coffee maker, dispenser of complimentary bottled water, kitchen utensils and tableware.

The ensuite bathroom is just off of the living area.

The bathroom features a shower stall, sink and complimentary toiletries from aloevida, made with organic aloe vera.

There is also an outdoor shower on the path to the studios.

Studio Buho is a ground floor studio set amidst lush gardens, just steps from the beautiful powdery white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, making for a truly enviable location -- private and intimate, and away from the crowds, but within walking distance to restaurants, shops, spa and yoga studio.

NOTE: there is a connecting passageway between Studio Buho and Casa Cenzontle next door, which can be opened when rented together, making these two units into one 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps a total of 5 guests.
