The pool has a shallow end that's perfect for children.	There's also deck chairs, lounge chairs and dining table for 4.	From the pool, just cross over the lily pond to the home's front door.
The front door opens into Casa Dunia's equipped kitchen.	The kitchen is divided from the home's open living area by a beautiful fresh water aquarium.	The kitchen comes equipped with a professional 6-burner gas stove, oven, flat top, fridge/freezer, percolator, nespresso machine, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils and tableware.
Just down the stairs from the kitchen is the open-plan living / dining room.	Just steps from the kitchen is indoor dining for ten with ceiling fan.	The open, airy living spaces invite guests to gather, commune and relax.
Casa Dunia also has a foosball table, board game, and a lending library of books.	The living room opens directly onto a white sand terrace with steps leading to the beach.	There are 4 bedrooms in the home, 2 at the south wing, 2 at the north wing (1 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs at each wing). The master suite is accessed by a spiral staircase just outside the front door.
