There is no telephone at Rancho San Eric.  However, someone does go into Tulum Pueblo at least every other day to send and receive both e-mail and FAX. Then the e-mail or FAX is taken back to Rancho San Eric and answers prepared. The next day the process is repeated. So, please do not expect a reply for a day or two... To request a reservation, e-mail us using:   reserve@RanchoSanEric.com   with the following information: Unit or units that might fit your needs Arrival date and desired length of stay Number of adults and number of children Name and address, phone, FAX, etc. We will let you know what is available and the exact cost.
